Once Upon a Dance: The Cursed Kingdom is appropriate for most audiences and is designed to be enjoyed by families, teens, and adults alike. Like many Broadway productions and beloved animated films, the show includes a few moments of humor, theatrical innuendo, and musical selections that adults may appreciate while younger guests simply enjoy the adventure. Parents know their children best and should use their own discretion.

The kingdom opens one hour before each performance.

The Great Outdoors is a gated community. For this event, guests should enter through the left lane at the main entrance. Show attendees should arrive early to allow time to get through the security gate and park. Please have your ticket (printed or e-ticket) and ID ready.

Absolutely!

Exclusive show keepsakes and merchandise will be available before the performance, during intermission, and after the final curtain. Many of these items are available to pre-purchase at our online store to be picked up at the event or shipped to you. We recommend ordering in advance to guarantee availability, as select items may sell out before the performance.

Pre-purchased merchandise can be picked up quickly at the Kingdom Gate Merchandise Pickup, allowing you to spend less time waiting in line and more time exploring Happy Meadow before the adventure begins.

All ticket sales are final. Because seating is limited and each ticket reserves a specific seat, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.

In the unlikely event that the performance is canceled by the organizers, ticket holders will receive instructions regarding rescheduling or refunds.

If your plans change, we're happy to exchange your tickets for another performance of Once Upon a Dance: The Cursed Kingdom, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be received at least 72 hours before your scheduled performance and are limited to one exchange per order. Any price difference between ticket types or experiences will apply.

Sunday offers the same unforgettable production in a more relaxed afternoon setting. Guests may also choose The Perfect Ending, an optional dinner experience at The Blue Heron featuring a menu created exclusively for Once Upon a Dance guests.

Because the experience begins long before the first scene. From the moment the doors open, the kingdom comes alive with immersive displays, entertainment, themed refreshments, shopping, and photo opportunities designed to make you feel like you've stepped inside the story. You will also want to allow enough time to go through the security gate and find parking.
